PAGASA: Rain showers over Visayas, Mindanao; amihan affects Luzon

PAGASA forecasts scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, and Bicol due to the shear line and trough of a low-pressure area.

Flash floods or landslides are possible in these areas during moderate to heavy rains.

The northeast monsoon will affect northern and central Luzon, bringing light rains to Cagayan Valley, Apayao, and Aurora with no significant impact.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
