Most PH areas to have fair weather, scattered rains in Palawan, Caraga

Most parts of the Philippines will experience fair weather with isolated rain showers on Tuesday.

Palawan's southern portion and Caraga region will see scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the trough of a low pressure area (LPA), requiring precautions against flooding and landslides.

The LPA is not expected to enter Philippine waters, but it will affect parts of Visayas and Mindanao with moderate to heavy rains.

Elsewhere in Luzon, fair weather is forecasted with warm and humid conditions and isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
