Easterlies bring isolated rains, thunderstorms over PH

Easterlies are affecting the eastern sections of the Philippines, according to PAGASA.

Metro Manila and most of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

In the eastern parts of Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, wind speeds are moderate to strong with rough coastal waters.

Northern Luzon will have moderate winds and coastal waters, while other regions will experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
