PAGASA: Rain, cloudy skies in parts of Luzon due to shear line

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rain showers across parts of Luzon due to a shear line affecting eastern sections of Central Luzon and the northeast monsoon impacting northern and central Luzon.

Aurora and northern Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, potentially leading to flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region will have light rains due to the northeast monsoon, while Ilocos Region and central Luzon will see isolated light rains.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will face partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by easterlies and localized thunderstorms, with possible flash floods during severe storms.
