PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Visayas, Caraga, Davao due to easterlies

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over parts of Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, and Northern Mindanao due to easterlies.

Residents in these areas are warned about possible flash floods or landslides from moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan and Apayao will experience cloudy skies with light rains from the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan), while Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, and Cordillera Administrative Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Amihan.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms from easterlies and localized thunderstorms, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe storms.
