PAGASA: LPA west of Palawan brings rains to Luzon, Visayas

PAGASA reports that an LPA west of Coron, Palawan, embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), will affect Luzon and Visayas with cloudy skies and scattered rain showers.

Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers due to the ITCZ.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Winds in Extreme Northern Luzon will be moderate to strong, resulting in rough coastal waters, while light to moderate winds elsewhere will cause slight to moderate seas.
