PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rains over parts of Luzon, Visayas

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rain showers over parts of Luzon and Visayas due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and southwest monsoon.

Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Cagayan Valley, Eastern Visayas, Aurora, Mindoro Provinces, Marinduque, and Romblon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms in these areas.

The rest of Luzon is expected to have fair weather with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms, while the rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.

Moderate wind and coastal water conditions are forecasted for western, northern, and eastern sections of Luzon.
