PAGASA forecasts fair weather with isolated rains across the Philippines on Thursday.

Luzon will experience fair weather with isolated rain showers due to thunderstorms, while Visayas and Mindanao will also have fair weather with chances of localized rain showers.

Temperatures in major cities such as Laoag, Metro Manila, Zamboanga, Davao, Tacloban, and Cebu are expected to reach up to 35°C.

On Wednesday, PAGASA reported similar conditions with isolated rains prevailing across the country, moderate to strong winds over northern Luzon, and light to moderate winds elsewhere.
