PAGASA: Habagat brings rains over Luzon, parts of Visayas

PAGASA warns that the southwest monsoon (Habagat) will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Luzon and parts of Visayas on Wednesday, Oct 13.

Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Zambales, Bataan, Batanes, and Babuyan Islands are expected to experience moderate to heavy rains, with possible flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms; flash floods may occur during severe storms.

Maring has moved away from the country, lifting all tropical cyclone wind signals.
