PAGASA: Scattered rains, thunderstorms over PH due to 2 systems

PAGASA forecasts scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over parts of the Philippines due to two weather systems.

The southwest monsoon affects western sections of Luzon and Visayas, while a frontal system influences extreme Northern Luzon.

Palawan, Caraga, Davao regions, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Ilocos Region, CAR, Cagayan Valley, and Metro Manila will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers or isolated thunderstorms.

PAGASA warns residents to prepare for possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.
