LPA, Southwest Monsoon bring rains over parts of Luzon, Visayas

A Low Pressure Area (LPA) and southwest monsoon are affecting parts of Luzon and Visayas, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, and Western Visayas will experience possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are expected to have moderate wind speeds moving southwestward while coastal waters remain slight to moderate.
