PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Palawan, Visayas, Mindanao

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rains over parts of Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao due to a Low Pressure Area (LPA) and southwest monsoon.

Caraga region, central and eastern Visayas will experience scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms with potential for flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and other areas will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers from localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA is monitoring Tropical Storm Dolphin outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, which will not affect the country.
