PAGASA forecasts rain, thunderstorms across country

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms across the country on Sunday.

Visayas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with localized thunderstorms causing isolated rain showers.

Moderate to rough coastal waters are expected in Northern Luzon due to northeasterly surface wind flow, while slight to moderate seas are predicted elsewhere.
