Nationwide cloudy skies and scattered rain showers forecast

Cloudy skies and rain showers are forecast nationwide on Tuesday, June 25, due to the weakening southwest monsoon (habagat) and prevailing easterlies.

Pagasa weather specialist Rhea Torres reported that scattered rain showers will affect Palawan, large parts of the Visayas, eastern southern Luzon, and northeastern Mindanao.

The rest of the country is expected to experience warm weather with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

No tropical cyclone or low-pressure area is being monitored in or around the Philippine area of responsibility, and no gale warning is in effect over any seaboards.
