PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies, scattered rains, and thunderstorms across PH

Two weather systems are causing cloudy skies across parts of the Philippines, according to PAGASA's latest Thursday afternoon forecast.

A southwesterly windflow will bring cloudy conditions over MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, and the Negros Island Region with scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and other areas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

There is a risk of flash floods or landslides in some regions because of these weather conditions.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are expected throughout the Philippines.

Temperatures will range from 27.6°C to 33.2°C over the next 24 hours.
