PAGASA: Easterlies bring cloudy skies, scattered rains

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rains for parts of southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao due to easterlies.

Metro Manila and other areas will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, posing risks of flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region are expected to have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, also warning of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
