PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rains over parts of Luzon

Weather bureau PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rains over parts of Luzon due to a trough of a low-pressure area (LPA), the northeast monsoon (Amihan), and a shear line.

Caraga and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, while Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon provinces will have cloudy skies with light rains due to Amihan.

Metro Manila, the Ilocos region, and Central Luzon will see partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains from Amihan, while other regions in the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
