Cloudy skies, scattered rains in Mindanao; northeast monsoon affects rest

Cloudy skies and scattered rain showers will prevail over Mindanao on Saturday, while the northeast monsoon (Amihan) will affect other parts of the country.

Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Soccsksargen, Davao Region, and BARMM will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to a shear line, potentially causing flash floods or landslides during heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, and parts of Bicol will have cloudy skies with light rains from Amihan.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Amihan.
