LPA brings cloudy skies, scattered rains over Visayas, Bicol, MIMAROPA

As of January 25, PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rain showers over Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, and Quezon due to a Low Pressure Area (LPA) and shear line.

Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora will experience rains from the northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides.

The LPA is also affecting Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, and BARMM, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

PAGASA warns residents to take precautions against flooding and landslides in affected areas.
