Shear line brings scattered rain showers over Mindanao, Eastern Visayas

The shear line affecting eastern sections of Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Caraga will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during moderate to heavy rains in these areas.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon (amihan).

Northern Luzon, eastern Visayas, and Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds moving northeastward while coastal waters will be rough.
