PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rain showers in Visayas, Mindanao due to ITCZ

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rain showers in Palawan, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas due to moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate sea conditions are expected across the archipelago.
