Pagasa: No typhoons forecast this week

Pagasa forecasts no tropical cyclones in the Philippine area of responsibility for the next few days.

Some parts of Luzon may experience overcast skies and rain showers due to easterlies, while isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in Southern Mindanao due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ).

Pagasa earlier predicted two to four tropical cyclones for October.
