Trough of Neneng brings rains to parts of Luzon, Visayas

The trough of Tropical Depression Neneng will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to parts of Luzon and Visayas, including Bicol, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan, Biliran, and Samar.

Flash floods or landslides are possible due to moderate to heavy rains in these areas, while the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Strong to gale force winds over northern Luzon and rough seas along western central Luzon are expected due to northeasterly surface windflow.
