PAGASA: Amihan, shear line bring rain over Luzon

PAGASA reports that the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) and a shear line are affecting various parts of Luzon, bringing cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon areas such as Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Abra, and Cagayan will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Amihan.

Eastern sections of Southern Luzon including Calabarzon, Aurora, Isabela, and Cagayan are expected to have scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line, with warnings against possible flash floods or landslides during heavy rains.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will see partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
