PAGASA: Scattered rains, thunderstorms in NE Luzon

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over northeastern parts of Northern Luzon due to a shear line.

Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes will experience these conditions, with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.

Palawan, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will have similar weather due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), also posing risks of flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and MIMAROPA will see cloudy skies with rain showers from the northeast monsoon.

The Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
