National University (NU) Lady Bulldogs head coach Sherwin Meneses has dismissed public criticism and focused on doing his job.

Despite fielding teams with established winning cultures like NU and Creamline, Meneses remains indifferent to external opinions.

In only his first season at NU, Meneses led the team to a successful title defense in the UAAP women's volleyball finals on Wednesday, sweeping rival La Salle 3-0.
