PH to have isolated rain showers, thunderstorms

Most parts of the Philippines are expected to experience isolated rain showers or thunderstorms on Tuesday due to easterlies.

Northern Luzon will see cloudy skies and rains as a result of the tail-end of a frontal system and the northeast monsoon.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have light rains, while the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora will experience scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a frontal system, potentially causing flash floods or landslides during heavy rain.

The Ilocos Region will see partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas are expected in northern Luzon, while elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas.
