PAGASA: Rains, isolated thunderstorms hit Bicol, E.Visayas

On Wednesday, PAGASA reported that scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms would affect Bicol and Eastern Visayas due to a frontal system's tail-end and the northeast monsoon.

Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera region, Aurora, and Quezon would experience cloudy skies with rain.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon would see isolated light rains.

Elsewhere in the country, isolated rain showers or thunderstorms were expected due to easterly winds.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas would prevail over Luzon and parts of Eastern Visayas.
