Rain or Shine beats TNT 103-98 in PBA semis

Adrian Nocum's strong performance helped Rain or Shine secure a 103-98 victory over TNT in Game 3 of their PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup semifinals series on Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Nocum scored eight crucial points and dished out two assists in the fourth quarter, contributing to his overall game stats of 16 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and one steal.

TNT played without Jayson Castro due to a right patellar tendon tear he sustained last Friday, which Rain or Shine capitalized on by taking advantage of key moments in the fourth quarter.

Rain or Shine's import Deon Thompson also had a solid double-double with 19 points and 15 rebounds, helping the team avoid falling behind 0-3 in the series.

Nocum expressed that facing Castro for two games helped him grow as a player, even though he didn't have to contend with the veteran guard in Game 3 due to his injury.
