Netizens call for notice before granular lockdown

Netizens are calling for notice from the local government before imposing granular lockdowns to allow residents time to prepare.

The National Capital Region (NCR) will be under Alert Level 4 starting September 16, with high numbers of new COVID-19 cases and a high average daily attack rate.
