Typhoon Quinta affects 2,823 families; 12 fishermen missing

As of Monday morning, Typhoon Quinta has affected 2,823 families across Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, and the Cordillera Administrative Region.

The NDRRMC reported that 1,493 families are staying in evacuation centers while 968 families are receiving aid outside.

Twelve fishermen from Catanduanes remain missing; they come from Barangay Pananogan, Bato town; Barangay Cagdarao, Panganiban town; and Barangay Poblacion District III, Gigmoto town.

Additionally, one person was reported missing after a yacht sank off Bauan in Batangas.

The NDRRMC has not yet received any reports of deaths related to the typhoon.
