Typhoon Quinta strands over 600 people in ports across PH

As of Tuesday, 102 people were stranded in ports in the National Capital Region and Palawan due to Typhoon Quinta.

On Monday, at least 577 passengers, truck drivers, and cargo helpers were stranded in various ports across Southern Tagalog, Bicol, and Western Visayas.

The Philippine Coast Guard reported that a total of 473 rolling cargoes, 21 vessels, and 10 motor bancas were also affected by the typhoon.

In addition to those stranded, 121 vessels and 52 motor bancas took shelter as a precautionary measure.
