GCQ shift postponed due to guideline concerns

The shift of Metro Manila to general community quarantine has been postponed due to concerns raised by mayors over presented guidelines.

NTF spokesperson Restituto Padilla said that many questions have emerged that are not yet addressed in the current guidelines.

Marikina Mayor Marcelino Teodoro called on national government agencies to release guidelines for the policy shift, which is set to start on Wednesday with a pilot test for granular lockdowns.
