PAGASA forecasts isolated rains across PH Tuesday

PAGASA forecasts isolated rain showers across most parts of the Philippines on Tuesday.

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in mainland Cagayan Valley, Cordillera regions, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, and northern Quezon due to a tail-end frontal system.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience light rains caused by northeasterly surface windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas are expected in extreme Northern Luzon, while elsewhere winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas.
