Easterlies bring rain showers, thunderstorms over PH

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms for Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to easterlies.

Strong winds will blow over extreme Northern Luzon while light to moderate winds are expected elsewhere.

Moderate to rough coastal waters will be seen in extreme Northern Luzon, while slight to moderate conditions will prevail in other areas.

PAGASA warns the public about possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
