LPA brings scattered rains over parts of Philippines

Low Pressure Area (LPA) southeast of Palawan brings cloudy skies and scattered rains over parts of the Philippines, including Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, and CALABARZON with possible flash floods or landslides during heavy rain.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have isolated light rains due to northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers from localized thunderstorms, posing risks for flash floods or landslides.
