Manila starts 24/7 vax sites Sunday, no walk-ins

The city government of Manila will start 24/7 vaccination sites on Sunday night to accommodate more people amid the threat of the Delta variant.

Mayor Isko Moreno announced that three vaccination sites will begin operating around the clock starting at 7 p.m., following DOH guidelines which prohibit walk-in vaccinations to prevent overcrowding.

Only individuals belonging to priority groups A1, A2, A3, and A5 will be vaccinated for their first dose.

Each of the three initial sites will administer 2,000 doses, while other school sites will operate from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., also without walk-ins allowed.
