House donation drive for Paeng victims collects P75M

The House of Representatives is conducting a donation drive to aid victims of Severe Tropical Storm Paeng (Nalgae), with relief goods and cash donations reaching P75 million.

As of Thursday, November 3, food packs, water, rice, diapers, and other items were distributed in Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Antique, and Quezon provinces.

House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez stated that the House has partnered with Social Welfare Secretary Erwin T. Tulfo to distribute aid through the department’s Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations program.
