Habagat brings scattered rains, thunderstorms over Metro Manila, other parts of Luzon

The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) is affecting most parts of Luzon on Tuesday, bringing scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON.

PAGASA warns that flash floods or landslides are possible due to moderate with heavy rains in some areas. Occasional rains will be experienced over the Ilocos region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales, and Bataan.

Localized thunderstorms may bring isolated rain showers over the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, with flash floods or landslides possible during severe storms.
