ITCZ brings rains, thunderstorms over Southern Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Bicol Region, Quezon, Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon will experience moderate to heavy rains with possible flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon are expected to have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers in the afternoon or evening.

PAGASA is monitoring two low-pressure areas near the Philippine Area of Responsibility, including former tropical depression 'Gener' which may dissipate soon.
