Palace urges public to observe COVID-19 precautions

Malacaŋang urged Filipinos to continue observing precautionary measures against COVID-19 on Monday.

Eighty-seven percent of Filipinos are worried that an immediate family member might catch the virus, according to a Social Weather Stations survey conducted from May 4 to 10.

This level of worry is higher than previous concerns over diseases like Ebola, swine flu, bird flu, and SARS.
