FEU Lady Tamaraws win men's volleyball, extend streak to four

Far Eastern University secured a decisive victory over Adamson University in the UAAP Season 86 men's volleyball tournament and extended their winning streak to four games with a 25-17, 25-17, 25-22 win on Tuesday at Araneta Coliseum.

The Far Eastern University Lady Tamaraws also won against Adamson in the women's volleyball tournament, improving their record to 6-4 and boosting their hopes of entering the women’s volleyball tournament Final Four.

Coach Manolo Refugia expressed excitement about FEU's chances to enter the women's volleyball Final Four as they prepare for their upcoming matches against University of Santo Tomas on Saturday at 4 PM in Manila.

Chenie Tagaod, who led the Lady Tamaraws with 12 points and seven excellent receptions, emphasized that this current batch of Lady Tamaraws is different compared to the past two seasons, showing determination and consistency.

Jean Asis, a fourth-year player for FEU, stressed the importance of maintaining trust in their coaches and teammates as they look to bounce back from their first-round defeat against UST.
