Northeast monsoon brings cloudy skies, light rains over Luzon

The northeast monsoon is affecting Luzon, bringing cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera Administrative Region.

Visayas and Mindanao are experiencing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms and easterlies, with potential for flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains from northeast monsoon.

Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Davao region, and Caraga are seeing scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to a tail-end frontal system affecting eastern Visayas and easterlies in other areas.
