LPA, amihan bring scattered rains over parts of Luzon

On Friday, a low pressure area (LPA) and northeast monsoon will cause scattered rains over parts of Luzon.

Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, La Union, and Pangasinan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the LPA.

The Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Ilocos Region will have light rains from the northeast monsoon.

Caraga and Davao regions will see scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, while Bicol, Mimaropa, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies.

PAGASA warns of moderate to strong winds and rough seas over northern and central Luzon.
