PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rains in Eastern Visayas, Davao Region

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies and scattered rainshowers in Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, and CARAGA on Wednesday due to the Tail-end of a Frontal System and easterlies.

Palawan, the rest of Visayas, and Mindanao will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers from localized thunderstorms and easterlies.

Metro Manila and Luzon will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains from the northeast monsoon.
