PAGASA: Easterlies bring isolated rains to PH

PAGASA reports that easterly winds continue to affect the eastern part of the Philippines.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country can expect partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to these winds and localized thunderstorms.

The weather bureau warns of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Light to moderate northeast winds will blow across the nation, resulting in slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
