Amihan brings cloudy skies, light rains over northern Luzon

PAGASA reports that the northeast monsoon (amihan) is affecting northern Luzon, bringing cloudy skies and light rains.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, and parts of Bicol may experience flash floods or landslides due to heavy rain.

Metro Manila and rest of Luzon will have isolated light rains while the rest of the country will see isolated rainshowers from localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides.

Moderate to strong winds and rough seas are expected in northern Luzon, while elsewhere winds will be lighter with slight to moderate seas.
