Blazers rout Altas 78-51 to improve to 4-0

The College of St. Benilde (Blazers) secured a convincing 78-51 victory over the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (Altas) in their NCAA Season 100 men's basketball game on Wednesday at San Juan Arena.

Justin Sanchez led CSB with 13 points and eight rebounds, while Winston Ynot contributed 12 points and eight rebounds alongside two steals, helping the team improve to a perfect 4-0 record under coach Charles Tiu.

Coach Charles Tiu praised his players' balanced attack and emphasized the importance of having multiple contributors throughout the season to maintain their momentum.

Despite Perpetual Help System DALTA's efforts, led by rookie Mark Gojo Cruz with 11 points and 10 rebounds, they dropped to a 2-2 record following their second consecutive loss.

The defensive performance in the first half was particularly strong for CSB, who took a commanding 50-29 lead at halftime.
