Lyceum beats Mapua 96-81, extends winning streak to three games

Lyceum defeated Mapua with a 96-81 win in the NCAA Season 100 tournament on Tuesday, extending their winning streak to three games and improving their record to 3-2.

John Barba led Lyceu with a game-high 25 points and nine rebounds, while Mapua's Clint Escamis was limited to just 13 points in another all-around performance.

Lyceum secured the victory behind a fourth-quarter surge, with Barba scoring at least 25 points for the third consecutive game.

Claude Guadana and Vincent Cunanan contributed 16 and 15 points respectively, while Mapua was led by Jeco Bancale's 14 points.

Perpetual Help handed San Sebastian its fourth straight loss with a 60-52 victory earlier in the day.
