Creamline, Petro Gazz set for AVC Women's Champions League

Creamline and Petro Gazz have been selected to represent the Philippines in the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Women's Champions League from April 20 to 27 at Philsports Arena.

Alyssa Valdez, who last played for the Philippines in the 2023 Southeast Asian Games, expressed excitement about representing her country with Creamline at home since the 19th SEA Games.

The tournament features 12 teams from 11 countries and offers a chance to qualify for the 2025 FIVB Club World Championship along with a $50,000 prize.

Petro Gazz will only tap one more import due to MJ Phillips' and Brooke Van Sickle's commitments to USA volleyball, while it remains unclear if Creamline will maximize their import privileges.

The All-Filipino Conference playoffs will conclude by April 12, with the quarterfinals starting this week.
